50m2 one-bedroom apartment with sauna on the 2nd floor of an elevator building, which includes a private parking space in the garage. The apartment has a washing machine, a glazed balcony and a portable air conditioner. The train and bus stations are only 100 meters away from the apartment. The restaurants and shopping centers of the city center are located within a short walk.

The apartment has sleeping space for up to five adults: three high-quality 90x200 frame beds and a 140x200 sofa bed. The apartment also has a baby travel cot, iron and ironing board.

If possible, it is possible to change the check-in or check-out time of the accommodation to 1:00 PM, but this involves an additional fee of 25 euros (both total 40 euros). Payment request can be made through Airbnb after confirmation of the reservation.

Please note that smoking and the use of prohibited substances in the apartment are prohibited under penalty of a fine of 200 euros.
